Just a reminder - the mentors for the walk group are:
Martin Rios
Nancy Stafford

These two folks are the models of motivation and perseverance!  If ever two folks could get you to achieve your goals - you are in good hands! Martin and Nancy have miles and miles of training experience, working through and around injuries, and can get you to your finish line!  Ask them about their experience and training!
