It hasn't been announced yet, but yesterday I learned from a reliable source that the theme for this year is "superhero." Here's the scoop on this year's

Hmm. Running..CHECK BEER...CHECK
I am down for this one. Perhaps GCRC should form its own Justice League of characters to do battle with the BARC folks. Bob KABOOM Hamilton is my favorite. Maybe someone else remembers our Cereal Killer names from TIR. Mine was Chuck SUGAR JETS Bach.

I was in on the organization of this run, slurp, run event the first couple of years. It's always a hoot. Especially when a couple hundred drippy, sweaty runners converge on the Hilton bar. I don't think the cleaning crew there has much of a sense of humor

Yeah, Chuck, I'm definitely down for this one! I would have responded sooner, but I was training all week in Oklahoma (in case there's some confusion, training involves a GREAT DEAL of drinking and a little bit of running). Can we qualify our Cereal Killer names as Superheroes? I guess if everyone drinks enough they won't really care!

I am scheduled to be back from the UK the day before, so I should be in pretty good practice for pub crawling.

I'll be there for sure. And, I'm sure that the Cereal Killers would qualify as a superhero. In fact, I think if you go as the Miller Highlife man, you would qualify as a superhero.
